  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (within Spain): 2–3 business days

  • International: 4–12 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

SNKRSFANT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at snkrsfant@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
