Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from SNKRSFANT. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns
  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • To start a return, please email us at [Your Email] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [Your Email]
